The Wellington City Council hereby makes, by Special Order the following Bylaw under and by .virtue of and in exercise and in pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in it by the Slaughtering and Inspection'Act,'l9oß. and its Amendments, the Municipal Corporations Act, ; 1933,, and the Wellington City Abattoir Charges and Renewal Fund Act, 1919, and of all other powers and authorities enabling it in. that behalf Tbfi Short Title of this Bylaw is "The Wellington City Consolidated By; law Amendment No. 13- (Abattoir), 1937. The object and purport o£ the Bylaw are:. 1 To make bylaws-in relation to the City Abattoir and meat' vendors and, to consolidate • the existing ■ bylaws: in relation to the City Abattoir. :.. ... ~ , • 2. The fees to be charged for meat sold or exposed for sale in the City of Wellington or in any district for which the City Abattoir is available from stock that has been slaughtered at a licensed Meat Export Slaughter House, or at any Abattoir other than the City Abattoir, shall be as follows:— . s.
