DOGS ON PARADE
HUTT KENNEL CLUB
More than 80 dogs paraded in th« spacious grounds of Dr. A. Norman* Jones, Lower Hutt, on Saturday afternoon, when the Hutt Valley Kennel Club held its first ribbon parade of the season. The entries were not as large as those received for parades in the past, but an enjoyable afternoon was spent. Results were as follows:—

The Dowager Empress of Japan is giving 600 wireless sets, to the lighthouses of Japan in order to relieve the tedium of the keepers' lonely servica.
