APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS
.The first statutory meeting of shareholders of the New Zealand Centennial Exhibition Company is being held in the Council Chamber, Town Hall, this afternoon. The business is mainly of a formal nature, the chief matter "beirtg the appointment of the permanent directors, as the preliminary work has been carried out by provisional directors.
