"As the. sinking sun casts shadows on the water below, a tall ship with stately masts and billowing sails rises on the swell of the incoming tide. Darkness draws her dark cloak across the tinted sky, shadows grow gaunt and; •dark. The ship is a floating mass of twinkling lights in the semi-darkness.
"As daylight dawns again, the shadow of a passing ship is seen in the glow of the rising sun." ■ .
