HEMP AND TOW .
The chief hemp grader- (Mr. W. Petrie) reports that the quantity of hemp'graded at the ports of the Dominion last month was 3583 bales, an increase 'of 612 bales over February, 1936. Tow gradings totalled 324 bales, a decrease of 62.
