FLYING OVER ISLAND

PROHIBITED

LONDON, February 27.

The "Daily Telegraph's" Rome correspondent says that all Mediterranean Powers are especially affected by a brief decree published tonight prohibiting'flying over the island of Pantellaria and its territorial waters.
