V.M.C.A. GYMNASIUM.

Realising that good posture means good health and grace of movement, thfe V.M.C.A. gymnasium, which advertises elsewhere in this issue the commencement of its senior physical culture classes, provides the opportunity for everyone to attain an excellent physical'poise. Already the junior classes are well established and judging by the number of inquiries from adults it would seem that people are quickly recognising the benefits ot possessing a clean, healthy, and phy-sically-fit body. Business men who sit at a desk most of the day and women whose'household duties hinder them to a certain extent from taking part in any outdoor activity, should set aside at least one or two hours each week to partake of some physical culture class for the sake of their health. For those who desire specialised recreation, classes are to be held vi fencing, boxing, and jiu-jitsu. The gymnasium prospectus is available on application, and enrolments are now being received;
