Since last evening a slight secondary depression has heen located west of the Cook Strait area and pressure, at present, is also rather low to the north of the Dominion. Consequently, dull misty conditions have continued to pre.vail with rain at times in most parts, further 'heavy falls having occurred In the central disposed positions hut otherwise light to moderate, southerlies having predominated from Cook Strait southwards and northerlles over the North Island.
