United Press Association—By Electric. Telegraph—Copyright. - - ■ (Received, February 11, 2.30 .pan:) ■ . . LONDON, February,^ ' "The, postponement of the • Durbar has. prompted rumours that the King's health is causing grave concern,- but these are groundless," states the "News Chronicle." "The King at present is in excellent health and spirits,. and'is I taking the strain of his new. responsibilities calmly. Nevertheless, there .issome concern for the future in :view' of the heavy Coronation programme: The King is reputed to be of not such great capacity and endurance as the Duke of Windsor, and-it is felt-that undue strain- might havo unfortunate consequences. Medical men have recommended a complete rest before and after the Coronation. Queen Elizabeth, who has had no serious illness since her childhood, is preparing for the Coronation by taking the maximum possible amount of rest daily." ■
The King received and knighted Sir Patrick Duncan, the' Governordesignate of South Africa. • ■ -■■■ :
