THE CONE-CAP
The black felt cone-cap arranged in a pattern of large and small graduated blobs —they look like sugar-plums—is a most attractive newcomer to millinery! Worn at the back of the head, as is the way with the chic cinema cap, it is enveloped in an all-over chenilledotted veil. This gives a more dignified touch.
