"It is very doubtful if the original dates will be adhered to," said Mr. Wilson, secretary of the Otago Cricket Association, concerning the Plunket Shield match, Otago v. Canterbury, which is set down to commence on February 5. It is understood that Canterbury is averse to the match being played on the dates set down on account of the infantile paralysis epidemic.
