UGAKI AGREES JAPAN'S CABINET ARMY'S SUPPORT DOUBTFUL (United Press Association—Electric Telt» graph—Copjrlslit.) (Received January 25, 2 p.m.) TOKIO, January 24. General Kazushige Ugaki, who is only 41 years of age, agreed to form a Cabinet in the course of an hour's audience at the Imperial Palace. It is not clear whether the Army; wholeheartedly supports him, considering he lacks a full comprehension of their viewpoint, which embraces, if not a dictatorship, at least a Nazi-lika Government. FLOATING FIRE SPREADS DISASTER CINCINNATI'S ORDEAL (Received January 25, 2.10 p.m.) CINCINNATI, January 24. The worst disaster in the city's history occurred when gasoline oil, float* ing on the flood waters in the industrial section, was ignited by spark# from broken power lines. The flames spread to the warehouse of the Crosley Radio Corporation, destroying it and several factories. The huge Standard Oil plant is burning and with the damage already estimated at 3,000,000 dollars, officials are planning to use dynamite to destroy factories in the path of the flames in order to bring them under control. I£ necessary, all available firemen and apparatus will be used, including soma from nearby towns. American Legion volunteers and prisoners from the city, workhouse are helping to flight the fire. Many families had to be moved out of the path of the floating fire which extended over several miles of territory. A black smoke hung over the entire city, adding to the terrors of iV flood. GOLF IN TRANSVAAL (Received January 25, 2.15 p.m.). JOHANNESBURG, January 24. An amateur, Bobby Locke, with ail aggregate of 286, including • a ! final round of 67, won the Transvaal open golf championship. Padgham's scor was 290.
