NEW AIR BASES
PROTECTION OF SHIPPING LONDON, January 21. The "Daily Telegraph" says that to afford protection for Far East shipping, the Air Ministry is establishing new Air Force bases at Hong Kong, Penang, and Ceylon. Another, probably, will be established in the Nicobar Islands.
