SOOTHING TYPISTS' NERVES
LONDON, January 20.
A number of budgerigars has been installed on experiment in the typists room at the Manchester works of the British DyestufTs Corporation. The opinion is expressed that the birds notes may lessen the fatigue caused by the monotonous noise ol the iifty machines.
