"CORONATION" FISH

Already we have had Coronation hair style, Coronation flower schemes, and Coronation dress colours. Now come Coronation fish. Experts have nicknamed them "Coronation" fish, because of their red, white, and blue markings. They are the most exotic and expensive fish in London, and also the tiniest. They fetch £3 a pair. French aquarists discovered the fish, and are trying to keep their source a secret to corner the market. It is thought that they come from the Amazon. In France they are called "Tetra Neons." Their official name is Hyphessobrycon Innesi. Mr. D.. Pope, the Weymouth Street aquarist, managed to buy a small number, and had them sent to London in the new train ferry. Great was his consternation when he saw his precious fish. They had lost nearly all their colour, and looked very sorry for themselves. However, when the temperature of the water had been corrected, they quickly cheered up, and took on again the brilliant hues for which they are famed.
