For assaulting a doorkeeper at the Majestic Cabaret early in the morning of January 1. Joe Cootes, a labourer, aged 22, was fined £3 by Mr. J. H. Luxford, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today. Clarence William Frederick Grace, a labourer, aged 22, was fined £2 for disorderly behaviour in the Majestic foyer.
