Sir Walter Kinnear, Controller of the Insurance Department of the. Ministry of Health, told the Australian Associated Press that he is at present working on a report for Australia and hoped to recommend a detailed scheme of national insurance within a few months. He is continuing New Zealand discussions with New Zealand's London representatives.
