The Brussels correspondent of "Tha Observer" says that the Premier ot Luxemburg conferred with the Government and that it is believed he' is anxious to make closer political contact with Belgium and also to secura an extension of the British guarantee to' Luxemburg. It is understood that France is prepared to include Luxemburg in the guarantee offered to Bel« gium. '
Newspapers point out that Luxem< burg provides an ideal line for the passage of German troops attacking tha Maginot Line along the Belgian frontier.
