Davis won the "Daily Mail's" Gold Cup for the snooker tournament, beating Lindrum in (he final heat. Davis won all five of the games he played. Lindrum won 3 and lost 2. Newman won 3 arid lost 2. W. Smith won 2 and lost 3. S. Smith won 2 and lost 3. Inman lost 5.
