MISSIONS TO SEAMEN
Gay decorations added a festive spirit to the Missions to Seamen Institute Hall on Thursday last, when a very successful dance was held for the men from the Rangitane, "which is at present in port. Novelty dances included the statue waltz, lucky spot, and Monte Carlo, and during an interval the dancers were entertained with a fancy dance, "Rendezvous," provided by a party of the ladies. The music was provided by the orchestra from the Rangitane. An excellent supper was served, and a most enjoyable evening concluded with the singing of the National Anthem.
