TRACK REOPENED

PALMERSTON N., This Day.
A party of eight members of the Manawatu Tramping Club recently completed the work of reopening the track to Te Mat&waia hut in the Tararau ranges behind Levin. During the hurricane of February last, the'forest in that area was severely lashed and large trees blocked large sections of the track.
