(Special to tho "Evening Post.") PALMERSTON N., This Day._ ■ Almost six incl\es of rain fell in Palmerston North during November, | the heaviest recorded for a number of years for that month. The actual fall was 5.91 inches, as compared with an agerage of 3.5 inches over the last 20 years. During the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. Tuesday, the fall was 1.14 inches.
