ARRESTS IN JAPAN
PLOT TO ASSASSINATE PREMIER
I TOKIO, December 1. Police arrested two men for plotting to assassinate the Premier, Mr. K. Hi« rota, for the purpose of attracting attention to the agrarian troubles in tha, FuKushima prefecture. The ringleader had in his possession a stick of dynamite and petitions addressed to several Ministers.
