The (London, Midland, Scottish Railway's Jocomotive Patriot, which was namec Rin honour of the 3719 employees of the jEiondon and North-Western Railway vrho were killed in the war, has been -withdrawn from service, but the compfDiy has decided to perpetuate the name 'pf Uhe engine by transferring it to a noodfcrn type of locomotive.
