WAR DEBT PAYMENTS
AMERICA'S REMINDER
WASHINGTON, November 27. Formal notices of war debt payments due on December 15 -have been sent to thirteen Governments. Officials said that no word had been received that France and Italy were interested in reopening negotiations; for new funding agreements, as intimated in European dispatches, but these would be considered on their merits.
