CROSSBREDS WANTED
LONDON WOOL SALES
(By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Received November 30, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, November 29. London wool sales continue on a firm market, and slocks are well cleared. Improvements in prices as compared with, the closing rates ruling at the previous series, are:—Merinos and fine greasy crossbreds, 15 to 20 per cent.; medium and coarse greasy crossbreds, 25 to 30 per cent.; slipe, crossbreds, 20 to 25 per cent; Cape wools, 15 to 20 per cent. up. "The Yorkshire Observer^ anticipates a considerable rise in the price of crossbreds at the New Zealand sales as the United States has already bought heavily of South American crossbreds. It is believed that 80 per cent, of the Buenos Aires clip has already been sold.
