A Food (Defence Plan) Department has been created to co-operate with the Minister for Co-ordination of Defence (Sir Thomas Inskip), in the formulation of plans for the supply, control, and distribution of food for defence purposes, but it is not concerned wit)-! home production, which is under the Department of Agriculture.
