POPE TALKS WITH HAYS

VATICAN CITY. November 17.
The moral advantages of films were discussed by the Pope when he received Mr. Will Hays, the United States film president. Mr. Hays said "I was astonished at the Pope's knowledge of the cinema. His Holiness said he greatly favoured the development of films so long as they tended to improve the general conditions of th« human race.''
