TRAFFIC OFFENCES
Offences against the traffic regulations were dealt with by Mr. J. H. Luxford. S.M., ir the Magistrate's Court today. , For, committing breaches of the parKing 'regulations, William Schilling Baker, Thomas Alfred Cooper, Arthur Lemmon, Fatricia Alice McNamara, and James Rod were each fined 10s and costs. Riding bicycles on the footpath cost Arthur Eastgate Court costs amounting to 10s. Clements Gestro was fined 5s and costs.
Failure to give way on an Intersection resulted in Francis Coleman Ellis Grubb being fined £2 aaid eOsu. A collision in Kent Tevrace on October 22 resulted in Wolfe Coronno being convicted and ordered to pay costs for negligent driving. For a similar offence in John Street. Tsaac Charles Marshall was fined 5s and costs. Doris Russell wan convicted and ordered to pay costs for driving without sufficient lights. Enid Constance Sturdy and George Anton Weitzel were each fined 10s and costs.
