The wedding was solemnised recently at St. Joseph's Church, Buckle Street, by the Key. Father Gilhpoly, of Myra Helen, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Cotter, Hawker Street; Wellington, to Samuel Murray, eldest, son of Mrs. and the late Mr. J. Charles, Lower Hutt. ' .. ■ The bride, who was escorted by her father, wore a gown of ivory satin cut on classical lines. Her veil was gathered at the neck into a .".tiny-frill, and was worn off the. face, and finished with a circlet of orange blossom. Her shower bouquet consisted of lilies, hyacinths, and camellias relieved with touches of pink. The bridesmaid, Miss Eunice Marshall (cousin of the bride), wore a frock of powder blue cloque with trimmings of navy blue and a large picture hat of the deeper toning. She carried a bouquet of pink camellias and carnations. The best man was Mr. Les. Money. After the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride's parents, where a few relatives and close family friends were entertained.
