MR. JOHN STORMONT
The death has occurred of Mr. John Stormont, founder of the Auckland bakery firm, Stormont's, Limited, at the age of 73, reports a Press Association telegram. He came to New Zealand in 1907 and established Stormont's, Limited, in 1914. Mr. Stormont won nearly 30 New Zealand baking contests and in 1927 secured first prize at the London Bakers' Exhibition. He took an active part in Rugby League and bowling.
