A VALUELESS CHEQUE

AUCKLAND, This Day.
Horace Tudor Hoad, greenkeeper, Te Awamutu, pleaded guilty in the Police Court to obtaining goods from Horace Renten, Te Awamutu, with a valueless cheque for £10. The accused was sentenced to three months' imprisonment.
