(By Telegraph.-—Preii Association.) WANGANUI, This Day. For being in a state of intoxication in charge of a motor-car, Peter Rzoska was fined £25 and his licence was cancelled for five years. Mr. J. H. Salmon said he had adopted this course in view of the fact that the defendant had an invalid wife and a young family 'of four. '
