FIGHTING AT FENGTAI
v CHINESE AND JAPANESE (Received September 19, 12.20 p.m.) SHANGHAI, September 18. Fighting, including the firing of shots, occurred between Chinese and Japanese soldiers at Fengtai. ■ It is stated that Chinese guards made insulting gestures as Japanese troops were passing Chinese barracks., The situation is tense. '
