When the bicycle he was riding came into collision with a motor-car-at the corner of Wakefield and Blair Streets shortly after 10 a.m. today, L. Nip l pert, a painter, of 4 Myrtle Crescent, suffered concussion and a cut on the scalp. He was taken to hospital by the' Free' Ambulance
