KING'S FIRST AWARD OF CHARTER
(British Official Wlrelen.) RUGBY, September IS. A charter of incorporation presented to the London urban district of Surbiton on Wednesday by Lord Ashcrombe, Lord-Lifeutenant of Surrey, is the first charter to be granted by King Edward.
