NEED IN NEW ZEALAND DR. PORRITT'S VIEWS LONDON, September 17. The Bangitiki's crowded complement includes the New Zealand Olympic Games team. , Dr. A. E. Porritt, who acted as manager of the team, and who entertained the members at dinner before they sailed, told the Australian Associated Press agency that V. P. Boot, if he trained hard, would be in the picture at the Games in Japan. He expressed the opinion that New Zealand athletes needed cinder tracks .for future training. '
