GROUND RENTAL CASE

DECISION RESERVED Decision on the valuation of a section at the corner of Lambton Quay and Waring Taylor Street was reserved by Mr. Justice Smith in the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon. His Honour intimated that if he required further information evidence could be called later. . The hearing lasted three days. Mr. J. O'Shea. with him Mr. J. R. Marshall, appeared for the Corporation, and Mr. C. A. L. Treadwell, with him Mr. H. J. V. James, for the association.
