UNUSUAL CHARGE
MAN ON PRISON PROPERTY Charged with being a rogue and vagabond in that he was found without lawful excuse in an enclosed garden -of Mount Crawford Prison yesterday, Ah Bing, alias Hing Bing, alias Bing Hee, a gardener, aged 36, appeared before Mr. W. F.Stilwell, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today. He was also charged with being found in possession of prepared opium. As, no interpreter was present, the accused was remanded to appear on Tuesday.
