"NOT WISE"
COURT OF APPEAL MORTGAGE ADJUSTMENT A suggestion that the Judges at the head of the three Courts of Review which the Minister of Finance (the Hon. W. Nash) contemplated setting up under the Mortgagors and Lessees Rehabilitation Bill should be constituted as a Court of Appeal, was made by Mr. W. J. Poison (National, Stratford) in the House of Representatives today when the Bill was under discussion, He thought also that these three Judges might also meet together as a central judicial body to, settle any controversial point that might.arise. The Minister said he did not think it would be wise to provide any Court of Appeal, but arrangements might be. made for the three Judges to meet as an administrative body before judgment was given- in the event of a difficult point arising. : : ;
