ACCIDENT AT FOUNDRY

When his clothing was caught round a revolving shaft at Lowe's foundry, Lower Hutt, yesterday afternoon, W. Eweri Taylor, a labourer, of 141 Cuba Street, Petone, had both shoulders dislocated and his left arm fractured, and he received abrasions to his face and body. It is understood that the injuries were due to his clothes being torn from him by the shaft., He was not thrown over it. After receiving medical attention Taylor was taken to hospital by the Free Ambulance. His condition today is still, serious.
