ST. JOHN'S HOSTEL AND GROUNDS
St. John's Hostel and grounds, at the corner of Willis and Aro Streets, were submitted at public auction by Messrs. Harcourt and Co., at their rooms yesterday, under instructions from the- St. John's Memorial Hostel Committee.' About 15 people were present, but no sale resulted, the property being passed in.
