"PARNELL" STILL BANNED.
A representative of the Lord Chan> berlain saw "Parnell" performed at the Gate Theatre, writes a London correspondent. The play is at present banned for public performance in this country, but in several cases a licence has been granted after a production has been seen by the Lord Chamberlain's department in a privately-run theatre. Norman Marshall has the rights for this country, and if a licence is granted he will present the play at an ordinary public theatre.
