"Skeets": Gallagher has joined the cast of Joe. Ev Brown's new starring film, "Polo Joe," now in production at Warner Brbs.-First National's ■• studios. He will' play the role of a butler. Carol Hughes has the leading' feminine role in the production,' which is being directed by William McGann. Brown's most recently completed vehicle, "Earthworm Tractors,"; with June Travis as heroine, is now being edited and cut. \
