TOO MANY PROMOTERS
BOXING IN AUSTRALIA
SYDNEY, September 16.
Maxie Rosenbloom, who sails for America by the Monterey tomorrow, told a "Sun" interviewer that boxing in Australia would never thrive until it was controlled by a commission, preferably honorary, under Government control.
He added that there were too many promoters. Fights should not exceed ten rounds and the training of local youths should be less strenuous.
