The Rangltane, which was scheduled to leave here today for Auckland, will not now get away until tomorrow owing to rain. NOTICES TO MARINERS. The Marine Department advises that on September 28 the light at the entrance to Manukau Harbour will be changed to electric and altered as follows :— Front Beacon.—The light -will be altered from oceultinc: white every second to occulting white every four seconds, thus: —Light 2 seconds, eclipse 2 seconds. Rear Beacon. —The light will be altered from occulting white every 3 seconds to occulting white every 6 seconds, thus: —Light 4 seconds, eclipse 2 seconds.
