> Directors of the Tai Tapu Co-opera-tive Dairy Co., Ltd., Canterbury, report a balance of £30,027 os,3d for the year ended July 31, 1936, compared with £32,030 6s lOd last year. Gross profits are £59,386, compared with £57,119 last year. The directors recommend that £1603 be written off buildings, and plant, that a further payment of 2d per lb be made to suppliers on the butter-fat supplied during the year, and that a dividend at the rate of 6 per cent, per annum be declared (unchanged rate from last year). The• usual'bonus of 2£ per cent, on suppliers' purchases was paid on the half-year, and the further payment due on the half-year ended July has been included with August butterfat accounts. This year's output of 1822 tons surpassed all previous records by over 200 tons, and exceeds last year's output of 1472 tons by 350 tons.
