BATTALION REUNION.

The considerable number of exmembers of the N.Z.E.F. who served with the Canterbury Battalion and are now resident in Wellington intend holding a reunion on Armistice Night, November 11, and to enable complete arrangements to be made for a successful and happy gathering, early notice is required by all who intend participating to the acting organiser, Mr. D. Robertson, Box 20, Government Buildings, Wellington. These gatherings are now a distinct part of the social life of the country, and provide opportunity for old comrades to meet again under happy conditions. The Canterbury Regiment numbered many distinguished men in its ranks and none more loved than Colonel J. G. Hughes, C.M.G., D.5.0., who has already, signified his pleasure at this gathering. j
