The British submarine Rorqual was launched from the naval construction •works oi' VicUers-Armstrong, Limited, at Barrow-in-Furness' recently. Tho ceremony was carried out by Lady Baddeley, wife of Sir Vincent Baddeley, formerly Deputy Secretary of the Admiralty. The Rorqual is tho 170 th submarine to be launched at the yard, been provided in London since the last census was taken in 1931.
