TWO TRAINS qN FIRE
RESULT OF A COLLISION
(Received September 15, 9 a.m.) MOSCOW, September 14. A terrible mishap occurred at Rostov-on-Don when a locomotive struck a train of petrol wagons, which took fire and in turn set fire to the Kieff-Baku express, three carriages ol which were burned. The death roll is not revealed. Four persons have been arrested on a charge of negligence.
